The Art of Stretching
Stretching on a regular basis is just as important as getting
an adequate amount of exercise per week.
However most people tend to overlook the importance of stretching
and will skip it completely, thinking that it will do little
to improve their fitness.
First, let's talk about why stretching
is good for your body.
To start with, it helps improve your flexibility and
in turn increases your range of motion.
This is particularly important for athletes who need to make sure
their flexibility levels are high so that their chances of
injuring a muscle decrease.
Stretching is not only beneficial for you physically,
but it is also proven to have positive effects for your mind.
Stretching for just 10 to 15 minutes per day can help your mind
and give your body a chance to recharge.
Many yoga and pilates classes incorporate stretching
with strength and mind exercises that allows you
to release physical and mental tension while also helping you
increase your flexibility levels.
Here are some things to keep in mind as you think
about stretching regularly
Though many people think that stretching should be done before
a workout, it is important that you stretch after a workout
when your muscles are warmed up.
Focus on muscles that need the most help-spend a longer amount of time
stretching muscles that you can feel are tight or more prone to injury
Stretch for a long period of time once a week - this can be done
through an hour-long yoga class or through your own flexibility routine.
This is how my associate Wesley Virgin's adventure starts in this SHOCKING AND CONTROVERSIAL VIDEO.
ReplyDeleteYou see, Wesley was in the army-and soon after leaving-he found hidden, "SELF MIND CONTROL" tactics that the government and others used to get everything they want.
These are the EXACT same tactics many famous people (notably those who "come out of nowhere") and the greatest business people used to become wealthy and successful.
You probably know how you use less than 10% of your brain.
That's because most of your BRAINPOWER is UNCONSCIOUS.
Perhaps that thought has even taken place IN YOUR very own head... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's head around seven years ago, while riding an unregistered, beat-up trash bucket of a car without a driver's license and $3.20 in his bank account.
"I'm absolutely fed up with going through life check to check! When will I finally make it?"
You took part in those conversations, isn't it right?
Your success story is waiting to happen. Go and take a leap of faith in YOURSELF.
