Stress Less

It could have been rough lately
You could have been stressed for a lot reasons
Things are slowly getting back to normal
And you suffer pain in the body and mind
And you keep praying all the time 
I can feel what you are going through,
Lots of things going on around you but through all
Do lots to love your self in the trauma
Take out time and just do a thing that would make you gladden
Stress is for the mind and when you see it as stress
It affects you emotionally, physically, mentally
Don't argue unnecessarily,
Don't struggle for too much
Things will fall in place
Its the peace
You have within
That matters
No addition
No subtraction
