The word of today - James 1 &2


James 1 vs 16, 17,19 & 20
Do not be deceieved, my beloved brethren. 
Every good endownment and every perfect gift is from above, 
coming down from the Father of lights with whom 
there is no variation or shadow due to change. 
Let every man be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger, 
for the anger of man does not work the righteousness of God.

James 2 vs 8-10
If you really fulfill the royal law according to the scripture
"you shall love your neighbor as yourself"
You do well. But if you show partiality, 
you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point
has become guilty of all of it.

Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord 
with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insights or understanding
-Proverbs 3 vs 5

Do not reason in the mind, just obey in the spirit
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the spirit of God: 
for they are foolishness unto him:
 neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned
-1 Corinthians 2 vs 14
