All individuals have to decide what values they will embrace, what they will live for, what they would die for. Those values come from their core beliefs and their faith. I won't address that here because I believe you must wrestle them down personally. Instead I'll talk about leaders values that I believe are most important. Purpose: Let Your Why Direct Your What I believe that success comes from knowing your purpose in life, growing to your maximum potential, and sowing seeds to benefit others. If you miss any one of those three things, I don't think you can be genuinely successful. I also know that you cannot achieve the second and third parts fully without first discovering the first. Unhappy People Don't: Say Thank You Saying thank you -and,  more importantly,  meaning it-has actually been proven to make people happier.  Feeling and expressing gratitude is a win for everyone involved.  The person being thanked feels happy for being appreciated,  and the person doing the thanking feels good for making the other person happy. So if you're ever feeling down,  ask yourself : Have I been acting like a jerk lately? If the answer is yes, the odds are pretty good that this behavior is affecting more than just the people you're rude to, it's making you unhappy 😞 . This wisdom is like a secret that was supposed to be known before we were created. It's a wisdom from God that He is keeping for us. It was in God and now it dwells on us.  In other words, you were born with wisdom that literally came out of God. You have the ability to line up with God. You are in the God class.
